Easiest Biscuits (Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter

3 eggs

2 Tb white sugar or sugar substitute

1/4 tsp salt

1 & 1/3 c. almond flour

1 c. coconut flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a bowl, melt butter. When the butter is cool add in the 3 eggs and beat until combined.

Add in all the other ingredients and mix well.

Plop about a half a cup worth of batter into biscuit balls onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake in the over for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from heat and cool for about 10 minutes.

Enjoy with butter, jam, or gravy.
